On 18 December 2003, a joint seminar was held at PICO, Central Plaza with our partner Jade Regent (One of the most active resellers of Sun Microsystems). In the seminar, we introduced our DMS solution not only at basic functions and features level, but we also focused on streamlining and re-engineering of business processes.

The seminar can be divided into two sections:

Section 1: Scalable document management framework

We provided analysis on our Imaging Solution and Document Management Solution product ParaDoc. We also discussed the fundamentals and implementation concerns of ParaDoc like sizing and infrastructure of the system.

Section 2: Business process management solution

From the perspective of Workflow - (ParaFlow) and Form Builder - (ParaForm), we classified the benefits and showed how ParaFlow and ParaForm could improve business efficiency.

Our attendees' provided many valuable feedback concerning issues on document management in Q & A section.
