Sarah joined ParaDM as a marketing manager and was promoted to Regional Marketing Manager in July 2008. Before joining ParaDM, she was the regional marketing manager of EDS.
Current responsibilities
[Sarah] I am responsible for developing and implementing overall strategic marketing plan and direction of the company's document management and workflow solutions. I develop different marketing and PR campaigns for all countries in North Asia Region.
Comments on ParaDM's environment
[Sarah] Everyone has the same objective here in ParaDM: to develop a successful DMS software. We are all focus and driven. We all have the passion to get our things done. Also, the company's structure is simple and transparent. We clearly know what is going on with the company.
Misconception about ParaDM
[Sarah] Some people think that we are a reseller. I think this is because the company did not focus on brand building strategies in the past. There is no clear message telling the market that the company is developing its own product.
The next step in your career
[Sarah] I want to crate a track record in my career showing that I am able to build up a brand from zero to a well-known product in the world. This is a big challenge, but I want to do it.
Reason for joining ParaDM
[Sarah] When I first heard about ParaDM, I was amazed that it was 100% developed locally in Hong Kong. Rather than helping a well-known brand to keep its brand awareness, I prefer to build up a new brand. ParaDM provides the opportunity to do this. I look forward to working with the team to build up our own product brand.

[Sarah] ParaDM is a company for candidates who are good team players, energetic, self-motivated, and are willing to take challenges. It does not give you a stable routine work life. Instead, it offers you an exciting opportunity to develop your successful career.
