Rollo jointed ParaDM in April 2002 as a system analyst. He was promoted to be the Chief Technology Officer of ParaDM in April 2006. His current position is Vice President.

Current responsibilities
[Rollo] I am in charge of all technical project executions. I oversee the development team, project implementation team and the support service team.

Comments on ParaDM's environment
[Rollo] This is an open and a transparent company. Our chairman, Tim, keeps us informed on the company's status regularly. There are no politics in ParaDM at all. The company provides us freedom to work while there is discipline also. I enjoy the working environment here.

Misconception about ParaDM
[Rollo] The biggest misconception I get from outside is actually a positive misconception. Some of our clients think ParaDM is a company with up to hundred employees. It is because we have different professional teams to work for clients at different stages with focus on specified expertise, therefore we give an image that we are a very big company.

The next step in your career
[Rollo] I want to be involved in a team to develop a product with our own brand that will be famous in future. ParaDM can provide me a chance to achieve my career goal.

Reason for staying with ParaDM for over 6 years
[Rollo] ParaDM gives me the opportunity to achieve my career goal - to develop a product with our own brand. Also, our Chairman, Tim, is a supportive leader. He encourages us, under uncertain situations, to prefer action over inaction, take risk and to fail, for this is surest way to grow. He is wiling to bear the risk with us. I enjoy working in ParaDM under Tim's management style.

Things you would tell your friends if they were to consider a career with ParaDM
[Rollo] First of all, I will make sure whether my friend's personality will fit in the company's culture: our culture is too aggressive for mediocre type. To introduce ParaDM to my friend, I will emphasize that we have an open and transparent environment. We all have passion to develop our own product. So we look for talented candidates who are driven, aggressive, and willing to take challenges.
