John joined ParaDM in November 2002 as an account manager. All sales persons in the company worked individually at that time. After the promotion to the sales manager position in 2004, John started to form a sales department. The department currently includes telesales and sales persons. In 2008, he was promoted to Vice President for North Asia Region.

Current responsibilities
[John] I have full responsibility to drive ParaDM solution to achieve revenue and profit objectives. I have to search and develop our authorized partner business model and recommend annual plan for North Asia.
