Dick joined ParaDM as a programmer in October 2004. He was responsible for the programming of ParaFlow. He was then promoted as a senior analyst programmer in December 2005 and was promoted to Technical Manager in Feb 2008.

Current responsibilities
[Dick] I am currently responsible for project development, implementation, management and project resource allocation.

Comments on ParaDM's environment
[Dick] ParaDM is a fast expanding company with very young history. I am impressed that all people here concentrate on their work without any hesitation. The company is willing to invest in people as a long term development. It provides us with enough resources to do our work.

The next step in your career
[Dick] I hope I can perform well in every task that is assigned to me. The company provides give me an opportunity to work in the management level. My career goal is to be a professional and knowledgeable manager.

Reason for joining ParaDM
[Dick] In fact, there was no particular reason when I first joined the company. I simply needed a job after my graduation at that time. However, the longer I stay with the company, the more I realize that this is the right place that I want to work for. It is because the company is very transparent in management and the organization structure is clear and flat. There are no politics or hierarchy. Colleagues are very concentrate on their work and they are friendly each other. We have very good team sprit in the company.

[Dick] I would like to tell my friends that it is a company that you will enjoy working as there are no politics or hierarchy that will affect your work environment.
